We lovingly cook and serve family recipes that was passed on to us by our grandmothers and other family members. We have a full menu rotating everyday, and specials every Saturdays. Adobo – Pork slow cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic

Sisig – Grilled pork marinated in soy sauce and vinegar

Sinigang – Pork cooked with okra, green beans, tomato, and tamarind soup

Inihaw – Grilled pork spear ribs marinated in sweet and savory BBQ sauce

Menudo – Diced pork slow cooked in sweet tomato paste with carrots and potatoes

Binagoongan – Pork cooked in coconut milk, chili, and shrimp paste

Adobo – Chicken slow cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic

Afritada – Chicken stew cooked with roasted tomato paste topped with peas and carrots

Inihaw – Grilled chicken marinated in sweet and savory BBQ sauce

Tinola – Slow cooked chicken soup with sauteed garlic, ginger, and onions

Ginataan – Chicken with coconut milk and curry spice

Arroz Caldo – Chicken bits with savory rice pudding soup
