 Manila's Pride proudly serves authentic Filipino cuisine. Our food represents the different regions and the rich culture of the island of the Philippines. We lovingly cook and serve family recipes that was passed on to us by our grandmothers and other family members. We have a full menu rotating everyday, and specials every Saturdays. Appetizers

 

Pork or Beef Lumpia – $1.50 each (8 inch length, ½ inch width)

Crispy Pata –Fried pork hock $8.50-$10.50 (Price varies in weight of pork hock)

Liempo – Ground pork steamed with raisin, egg, bell pepper, and raisins

Tortang Talong – Grilled egg plant omelet

Tortang Giniling – Ground Pork with peas and carrots omelet

Fresh Lumpia – Mixed vegetables with savory peanut sauce wrapped in crepe $3.75 ea.

Mechado - Beef cooked with roasted tomatoes sauce, lemon with peas and carrots

Apalaya Con Carne- Beef with sauteed bitter melon

Picadillo - Ground beef slow cooked in roasted tomatoes, bay leafs, and peas and carrots

 

Goat

Kaldereta - Filipino style goat stew

Pinapaitan – Goat intestine cooked in ginger and bay leaf soup

Kilawen – Grilled goat marinated in soy sauce and vinegar

 

Pork

Adobo – Pork slow cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic

Sisig – Grilled pork marinated in soy sauce and vinegar

Sinigang – Pork cooked with okra, green beans, tomato, and tamarind soup

Inihaw – Grilled pork spear ribs marinated in sweet and savory BBQ sauce

Menudo – Diced pork slow cooked in sweet tomato paste with carrots and potatoes

Binagoongan – Pork cooked in coconut milk, chili, and shrimp paste

 

Chicken

Adobo – Chicken slow cooked in soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic

Afritada – Chicken stew cooked with roasted tomato paste topped with peas and carrots

Inihaw – Grilled chicken marinated in sweet and savory BBQ sauce

Tinola – Slow cooked chicken soup with sauteed garlic, ginger, and onions

Ginataan – Chicken with coconut milk and curry spice

Arroz Caldo – Chicken bits with savory rice pudding soup

Sinampalukan – Chicken cooked in tamarind soup

 

Noodles

Pancit – Thin rice noodles with mix vegetables slow cooked in savory vegetable broth (may include chicken)

Pancit Canton - Thin rice noodles with mix vegetables slow cooked in savory vegetable broth (may include chicken) and Mikki noodles

Palabok – Thick rice noodles topped with savory palabok sauce, sliced egg, green onions, fish bits, and sauteed garlic

Spaghetti – Filipino style with sweet and savory sauce

Lomi – Pork meatballs with very thin rice noodles and savory soup

Pinakbet – Mixed vegetables (squash, okra, green beans, egg plant, bitter melon) cooked with shrimp paste

Laing – Taro leaves cooked with coconut milk, chili, and shrimp paste

Munggo – Munggo beans (similar to lentils) cooked with sauteed onions, garlic and spinach

Chopsuey – Mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, celery, green beans) cooked in savory sauce
